Mike Stephenson

Mike has been an associate consultant of Perago since the beginning, offering invaluable advice and guidance as we’ve steadily grow in the intervening years.

A highly able, versatile & results driven Senior IT, Business & Programme Leader with a successful background in B2B, technology, managed services, public, government and FTSE-250 corporate sectors.

​Mike is a skilled leader and manager of teams, and has led teams of all sizes and geographic dispersion.​ His collaborative approach to successful transformational leadership, engaging with business stakeholders at C-level / Board & 3rd parties, delivering ‘fit for purpose’ innovation, transformation and business change.

Teresa Ashforth

Teresa has been an associate consultant of Perago for a number of years.

Teresa is a highly experienced Information and Knowledge Management specialist with over 20 years experience of delivering success within both the public and private sector. She has an in-depth understanding of the challenges and solutions facing organisations in data quality, knowledge access and transfer and information sharing. Teresa is passionate that all organisations should fully exploit the value and power of the information and knowledge that they own, in order to drive better decision making, better communications and ultimately achieve greater success.

Helen Hughes

Helen is an associate consultant at Perago.

An experienced researcher in the social sciences. Helen graduated with an MPhil from the Faculty of Education at Massey University (New Zealand) and was a PhD scholarship student at the University of Bristol’s Graduate School of Education.

Helen is an experienced user led digital transformation specialist. Supporting transformation journeys for  HSBC customers in Mexico who are taking ownership of their personal economy with mobile app banking, Massey University students of Aboriginal ethnicity who are learning online from the outback of Australia, and Highways Officers who can now spend more time on the roads than in the office thanks to mobile working technology.

Katrina Tzannis

Katrina is an associate consultant at Perago.
Katrina works with senior leaders in HR and Communications to help improve their internal communications and PR. Katrina is  passionate about using great communications, which are authentic and transparent, to boost engagement and create meaningful connections with people.​
With 18 years experience in the field, working in healthcare and education, combined with over a decade in transport, Katrina brings a wealth of experience in supporting organisations tackle some of their most complex communications challenges.

Carl Evans

Carl has been an associate consultant of Perago for around 6 months.

Carl is a highly experienced leader and manager of people and programmes and has been a very successful change architect with a focus on UK Governmental transformations.

Carl is able to motivate others and excel within often, onerous criteria, tight timescales and budgets, through personality, insight and drive. Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills he is comfortable briefing at all levels. Formulates highly astute strategy, plans, evidence based propositions and investment appraisals; rapidly creates and leads, or is a part of talented teams to implement them.

He works across disciplines, sectors and organisations to address complex issues and reduce risk, with an in-depth knowledge across multiple sectors. A reputation for excellent knowledge transfer capabilities, as well as achieving savings and optimised return on investment by careful analysis of existing systems and re-use, with a pragmatic, benefits led approach to delivering value in change and business as usual, along with excellent finishing skills. When delivering a project works whatever hours are needed to achieve the necessary result.

Darren Caveney

A valued associate of Perago, Darren is an industry-leading communication, engagement, marketing and PR specialist with over 20 years experience.

He creates award-winning strategies and campaigns, delivers comms and digital reviews, and has delivered specialist communications consultancy, support, training and mentoring for well over 100 public and private sector clients.

Named in ‘Digital Leaders 100’ as early as 2014 and 2016, he is an engaging leader who mentors more than a dozen communications managers in the UK. He is passionate about sharing knowledge and learning, as well as supporting communications colleagues across the industry.

Darren also organises and delivers training and development workshops and themed masterclasses as well as the highly popular annual industry awards the UnAwards. He is an organiser of CommsUnplugged and co-creates the @TalkingCommsPod podcast.
